Entre las altísimas torres y el desierto urbano de Canary Wharf, te invitamos a entrar en nuestro restaurante cinematográfico sobre el agua... Barbarella.
Nuestra escapada retrofuturista de los años 70 a los días gloriosos de Cinecittà, construida para albergar sus fantasías más tentadoras, ya sea degustando espaguetis de un metro de largo cubiertos de trufa en un reservado de terciopelo dorado en nuestra exuberante planta baja llena de palmeras, o recostándote con un rico pistacchio espresso martini de nuestra carta de cócteles XL en nuestro salón plateado de la planta superior.
Con este menú, el chef Marco, un auténtico romano, ha creado un menú que celebra verdaderamente sus orígenes, ofreciendo los grandes clásicos que todos amamos (nuestro sublime Prosciutto di Parma no se va a ninguna parte), clásicos transformados, como la tatin de pimientos rojos caramelizados con crema de Parmigiano, o, para los indecisos, una selección de pizzas que cambia a diario para que volváis a por más y más. ¿Prefieres ir a lo grande? Prueba nuestro filete más enorme, un enorme T-Bone Cornish steak de 1,2 kg, regado con nuestra lista más amplia de ricos Brunellos.

Chef Marco has truly declared ‘When in Rome’, as is his birthright, with this menu, to offer beloved favourites (our sublime Prosciutto di Parma isn’t going anywhere), bold classics, think homemade Mezzi Rigatoni alla Norma, or, for the indecisive, a daily changing pizza selection to keep you coming back for more and more. Want to go big? Take on our biggest steak ever, a humongous 1.2kg T-Bone steak, all washed down with our most-extensive list of rich Brunello wines.

BOOKINGS
Bookings are available only on our website. Please note we open bookings 30 days in advance at 9am. If the website doesn’t show you a specific time slot, it does unfortunately mean we are fully booked. We also accept walk-ins, subject to availability!
Any amendments (including date, time and number of guests) can only be made by the customer via the confirmation email. If no availability is shown, it means we are fully booked, and cannot make further amendments. Please note your confirmation email may have arrived in your spam folder.

BIG GROUPS & PRIVATISATIONS
You can make a booking for groups of 8 or more via our website under the ‘Big Groups’ tab. Please note we open bookings 37 days in advance of a date at 9am. If the date and time is unavailable, it means we’re fully booked. For big groups we only offer a set menu, priced £62 per person. You can check it out under the ‘Group Bookings’ tab.

CAN I BRING MY OWN CAKE?
We’re sorry amici, but for food safety reasons we cannot allow guests to bring their own cake/ alcoholic beverages, we do not offer cakeage. It is possible to order a whole tiramisù for your birthday, priced at £44. You can add a note to your booking or send an email to barbarella@bigmamma.com
ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?
Yes children/babies are welcome! Just ask your waiter for a high chair if you need one :)
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS & ALLERGIES
All our vegan and vegetarian dishes will be labelled with (VEG) and (V) on our menu. All gluten low dishes will be labelled as ‘GL’. Please note we do not offer gluten free pasta or pizza (really sorry!) Common allergens are labelled on our menus, but please bear in mind dishes can contain traces of allergens and gluten. For a more extensive list, please ask your waiter!
